Event Details
For the first time, the iconic AO Arena in Manchester will play host to both the Men’s and Women’s Cup Finals, taking place on Sunday, 22nd March 2026.
The SLB Cup Final is one of the most anticipated events in the British basketball calendar, offering a second shot at silverware for the top teams in the UK. With the 2025/26 season shaping up to be one of the most competitive yet, fans can expect an electric atmosphere and high-stakes action.
In 2025, the B. Braun Sheffield Sharks lifted the Men’s Cup after a thrilling win over the Surrey 89ers, while in the Women’s Final, the Oaklands Wolves denied the Steel City a double by defeating the B. Braun Sheffield Hatters.
Don’t miss your chance to witness four of the UK’s elite professional teams battle it out for Cup glory in a blockbuster double-header at one of the country’s premier venues.
SLB Head of Events, Clare Holmes commented:
“The Cup Final is one of British basketball’s showcase occasions and we look forward to seeing this year’s showdown played out at the AO Arena. After last year’s Final was held in the Midlands, we’re bringing it north this season, and we hope fans in the region will take advantage and enjoy a great afternoon in Manchester.”
