The AO Arena upholds a strict size limitation for bags: no item should exceed 30cm x 40cm x 20cm, roughly the size of an A3 sheet. Backpacks are not allowed, and the AO Arena does not provide storage facilities for items that are not permitted.

No food or drink items can be taken into the AO Arena. Only food and drink items purchased on the premises may be consumed in the AO Arena.

If you have any specific dietary or medical requirements, please speak to a steward at the door upon arrival and contact us in advance of your visit if you have any questions.

Guests are prohibited from bringing any camera equipment deemed professional, which is characterized by cameras with 35mm specifications or those with detachable lenses. Only personal-use cameras and smartphones are permitted, provided they are used without flash. Furthermore, live broadcasting is strictly forbidden.

According Lightstick is an integral part of MIRROR performance, AO Arena will allow official handheld lights (Non-official lightstick,light boards and light fabrics are not allowed).Besides, glowsticks with specific dimensions (205mm x 5mm or 6" inch), non-illuminating support items like banners are allowed, provided they do not exceed A3 size (30cm x 42cm).

For the safety and security of our patrons, the AO Arena strictly prohibits a range of items. This includes, but is not limited to: laser pens, video cameras, recording devices, and professional cameras, any electrical item without UKCA or CE marking, illegal substances, alcoholic drinks, animals (except ADUK registered service dogs), any form of weapon, sharp objects, ammunition, explosives, noise-making devices, fireworks, flammable substances, large umbrellas, glass, confetti, glitter, balloons, shoes with wheels, helmet and full face masks.

Attendees should review the full list of prohibited items provided by the AO Arena to ensure compliance.

The AO Arena does not accept any form of gifts for performers, including flower arrangements, balloons, and consumables. These items will not be forwarded to backstage areas.
